How Spectra fits with existing NMR software
Spectra is a ranking and evidence layer for NMR compound identification. Keep TopSpin, Mnova, Delta or ACD/Labs for acquisition and processing.
The job each class of tool already does
- TopSpin (Bruker) is a common environment for acquisition and processing on Bruker systems.
- Delta (JEOL) plays a similar role for JEOL systems.
- Mnova (Mestrelab Research) is widely used for processing, prediction, and reporting across vendors.
- ACD/Labs tools are widely used for processing and computer-assisted structure elucidation.
Those products are trademarks of their owners. Mentioning them describes a typical laboratory, not a partnership.
Where Spectra sits
Spectra ranks candidate structures from 1H and 13C data and returns evidence for chemist review. It accepts Bruker, JEOL, Varian and JCAMP-DX spectra.
Keep processing in the tools you already validate. Export, upload to Spectra, and keep those methods unchanged.
When to keep your current stack unchanged
If a method is validated in TopSpin or Mnova, keep processing there. Export spectra, then use Spectra as a second-pass ranking layer.
